Shipping policy
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered it is in the hands of the buyer and the carrier to settle the issue. We will only offer a refund if the buyer files a police report for the goods only after contacting USPS and neighbors and family if they have seen the package. If the buyer files a police report for the missing/stolen package we will offer a refund or send a replacement.
We are not responsible for customers inputting the wrong address.
Once the package has been marked as delivered we will not be refunding or replacing any items as we are a small business with small profit margins.
We suggest anyone who has a lost or stolen package that has been marked as delivered to contact their local post office for an exact GPS pinpoint of the location that the package was delivered. If it does not line up with their address tell the post office to pick up and redeliver the package. However, if it was delivered correctly and stolen then please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering the package and file a police report if the package was stolen.
